Supplies:
Hot glue gun
Ribbon
Elastic
Feathers
Silk Flowers
Sewing Machine or thread and needle
Step 1: Cut Ribbon one inch short of the size of your head
Step 2: Cut holes where you want to place your silk flower and then hot glue it into hole
Step 3: Glue smaller feathers onto back of ribbon behind silk flowers
Step 4: Glue large feathers behind smaller feathers
Step 5: Attach elastic with your sewing machine or thread and needle
(Make sure it's taut)
My picture doesn't have the elastic yet because I wanted to photograph it flat to show the whole thing. :)
